Shipping and return policy

Delivery Policy

We endeavor to post out your goods the same day they are ordered; however in busy periods this can take a little longer. On occasion we may post out items from the same order separately; this is performed at our discretion and at no additional carriage charge to you.
Postage costs are detailed below; we reserve the right to amend these costs for large or bulky items both within the UK and overseas. If there is to be additional charges you will be contacted by a member of staff by telephone or email to discuss the options. Please email or phone us before placing your order if you are concerned about this.

UK Orders

We partner with companies to deliver within the UK. Smaller items are posted First Class Recorded with Royal Mail and usually take 3-4 days from point of order to arrive. Please note this can take longer during busy periods up to a maximum of 14 days. The length of time taken to deliver by Royal Mail is beyond our control.
Large, heavy or multiple items are delivered by DPD/Hermes. We use a 24 hour service as standard and if you are unable to receive your parcel a card will be posted through your letterbox or a text/email will be sent to advise on redelivery.

• Standard (3-4 working days) in the United Kingdom: £5.60 (+ 0.30p per additional item)
• Royal Mail 1st Class (Signed): £7.20 (+ 0.30p per additional item)

International Orders

We partner with RoyalMail for international delivery. The majority of European orders are dispatched using RoyalMail. Delivery takes approximately 5-6 days to Western Europe and 7-9 days to Eastern Europe. Delivery times can vary as we do not have control over postal services.
Please note for overseas orders delivery may be subject to import tax. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

• Standard International (Economy): £5.90 (+ 0.30p per additional item)
• International Tracked & Signed: £9.80 (+ 0.30p per additional item)

Returns Policy

1.1 Due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any return products or issue refunds on hair products. Health & Safety Act 1972

1.2 Products may ONLY be refunded if we have dispatched you the wrong size or colour, in such circumstances we will ask for photographic proof of the item. We will dispatch the correct item or offer a full refund. Refunds will only be considered within 14 days of item purchase. Photo proof can be submitted to customer-care@hairpadding.com or via postal mail at our address below.

1.3 Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless unused and unopened original packaging and are within accordance to the Return policy and including (Section 1.2)

1.4 We inspect all our products before dispatching to all customers and will not issue refunds due to damage in transit by postal services.

How do I return an item?

Once you are satisfied you are returning an item within the terms of our Returns Policy (see above) please send the item(s) back to us at the address below.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and all postage costs are to be covered by you unless the goods are deemed faulty in accordance to our Returns Policy (see section 1.2 and 1.3). We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as HairPadding.com cannot be held responsible for any items lost during transit back to us. Customers requiring a return within the UK and International will not be charged for the replacement item to be sent out once we have received the original item back in accordance to our Return Policy.
